Check your area

Send your address on WhatsApp or check the coverage map. We confirm whether fiber reaches your street.

Pick a package

Choose a speed, share your CNIC copy, and we book a site survey at your home.

We install it

Within 2 to 3 days of the survey our technician brings the fiber in, sets up the router and Wi-Fi, and runs a speed test with you before he leaves.

How long does installation take?

First our team does a quick site survey to confirm fiber reaches your street. After that we install within 2 to 3 days.

How do I pay my monthly bill?

You can pay at our office or to your area dealer. Online payment is coming soon.

Is there a data limit?

No. All our packages are unlimited. You only choose the speed.

Do I get a Wi-Fi router?

Yes. Our technician sets up the router and Wi-Fi when he installs the connection. You can pay for the router upfront, or spread its cost over monthly instalments added to your bill.

My internet is down — what should I do?

Switch the router off and on once. If it's still down, send us your username on WhatsApp or call +92 300 464 6777. The complaint line is open 24 hours.
