Who we are
Login.Me (Pvt) Ltd is an internet service provider in Faisalabad. This page explains what information we keep about you, why we keep it, and who else sees it. It covers this website and the internet service itself.
What we collect
When you apply for a connection we take your name, address, phone number, email and a copy of your CNIC. Telecom companies in Pakistan have to verify who their customers are, so we can't connect you without the CNIC.
Once you're connected, we keep your package, your username, your invoices and payments, and our notes from installation and any complaints you make. Our systems also record which IP address your connection was given and when, how much data was used, and the identifier of your router or ONT.
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep those messages with your account so the next person who helps you knows the history.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs for security.
What we use it for
We use your details to install and run your connection, send your bills, take your payments and fix faults. We also use them to stop fraud and misuse of the network, to tell you about outages, maintenance and your expiry date, and to meet our obligations as a licensed telecom operator.
Now and then we may send you an offer. If you'd rather not get these, tell us and we'll stop.
We don't sell your information to anyone.
Your browsing
We don't look at what you browse to sell you things or build a profile of you. Like every licensed provider in Pakistan, we do keep connection records, for example which IP address belonged to which account at a given time, because the law requires it.
Who else sees it
Your area dealer or franchise partner sees what they need to sell you the connection and look after it. Payment companies such as JazzCash or your bank see the details of a payment you make through them. Companies that host or maintain our systems may handle data for us, and they're bound to keep it confidential.
We give information to government and law enforcement authorities only when the law requires us to, for example under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or on the instructions of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and billing records while you're a customer, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our accounts, for any dispute, or because the law says so. Connection records are kept for at least one year, which is the legal minimum at the moment.
Keeping it safe
Only staff and partners who need your details can see them, and our systems are protected by passwords and access controls. We never see or store your card number when you pay online; the payment company handles that.
Seeing or correcting your details
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to stop sending offers. Some records have to stay for the period the law sets, even after you leave us.
Children
Every connection is registered to an adult. This website isn't meant for collecting information from children.
Changes to this page
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll put a notice on the website if the change is important.
