Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026
We've kept this as short and clear as we could. If anything doesn't make sense, call or WhatsApp us on +92 300 464 6777 and we'll explain.

About these terms

These are the terms for the internet service from Login.Me (Pvt) Ltd. When you apply for a connection, switch it on or use it, you're agreeing to them.

Getting connected

We can only connect you where our fiber reaches, and we'll confirm that before anyone comes to install.

The person whose name is on the account must be an adult with a valid CNIC, and the contact details you give us must be correct.

Installation is done by our own team or by an authorised partner. If there's an installation charge, we'll tell you the amount before the work starts.

Packages, speed and payment

You pay in advance for each period, normally one month, at the price shown on our website or agreed with you when you buy. The price you see is the price you pay; we do not add tax on top.

Package speeds are "up to" speeds. What you actually see depends on your Wi-Fi, your devices, the websites you use, and parts of the internet outside our network.

Your service runs until the end of the period you've paid for. If you don't renew, it stops until you pay again.

If you move to a bigger package in the middle of a month, we'll tell you what you owe for the remaining days before the change goes through.

Equipment

A router or ONT that we lend you stays ours, and you'll need to give it back in good condition when the service ends. Anything you bought from us is yours. A router you are paying for in monthly instalments becomes yours once the instalments are complete.

Using the connection

Don't use the connection for anything that's illegal in Pakistan, including anything prohibited by the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. Don't use it in a way that harms our network or other customers, such as spreading viruses, sending spam or attacking other systems. You also can't resell the connection unless we've agreed to it in writing. If we find any of this happening, we can suspend the connection.

Your account

You're responsible for how your connection is used, so keep your login details to yourself. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us straight away.

Faults

Report a fault by phone or WhatsApp and we'll work to get you back online as quickly as we can. Some outages aren't in our control: power cuts, a fiber cable cut by someone else, bad weather, or a failure at one of our international carriers. These don't count as a breach of these terms.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time, either by not renewing or by letting us know.

We can suspend or end the service if a bill isn't paid, if the connection is misused, if you gave us false information, or if the law or the regulator requires it.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business or lost data, that come from using the service or from a break in it. This doesn't take away any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The new version will be on this website and applies from your next billing period.

Which law applies

These terms are covered by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is dealt with by the courts in Faisalabad.
